Hi All


Defective patch 12824940 is a pre-req patch for Federal Financial patch 13045654.
Federal Financial patch 13045654 is the pre-requisite patch for the consolidated patch BOM 12764015 we would like to apply. We are not using Federal Financials, do we need to apply this pre-requisite patch 13045654? If we need to apply this patch, please advise if we should apply the replacement patch 13839756:R12.AP.B instead of the defective pre-req patch 12824940.
