Hi,

While creating a case from 'Case Worker--->Agent Dashboard', we are getting error as

'Exception Details. oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-04063: package body "APPS.EGO_USER_ATTRS_DATA_PVT" has errors ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.EGO_USER_ATTRS_DATA_PVT" Find attached error stack. What can be cause of this problem.Thanks & Regards,Gaurav Joshi.
