Error while changing an item status as 'There are open Deliver transactions' in oracle 11i.

Hello Team,

When I am trying to change the status of an item from Active to Inactive I get message that 'There are open Deliver transactions'.

I did check open transaction interface and pending transaction but did not get any record here.
And there are no sales order created for this also.

Only doubt I have is that for this item i have two lines in mtl_supply table SUPPLY_TYPE_CODE = 'RECEIVING'  for one purchase order.

but the PO is already in CLOSE status.

Can this cause the error?

I also check the below in metalink but did not get any data from it .
