SEPA Payment not appropriate decimal sign

Dear Community,
When I create payments in Payables with SEPA format, wrong decimal sign is shown. We can see that decimal are with "," instead of "." For example: 100,15 instead of 100.15

IBY_SEPA_STR_REM.xsl is  120.0.12010000.16

Can you please advise?
