Inbound Email Issues in Siebel
Hi All,
For email Configuration in siebel, I have created profile in Admin-Communication.Created Respnse group also.We are using smtp/pop3.
I am able to send mail from Siebel to respecting email ID's.
While replying back on the same email, this should create a activity in siebel as per my understanding.
I am able to see the Email-Outbound in activity.
Checked the log file, i found , this is not creating Activity.
I am attaching Log files.
Please suggsest.
