Dear Community members,

We are preparing our ugrade from Siebel 8.0 to Siebel 8.1 and would like to enable Open UI.

Is it possible to have both the OPEN UI mode and High interactivity mode co-existing inside one Siebel enterprise environment ?

Because our planning is quite tight and because at this stage, it is difficult to estimate the workload necessary to have the OPEN UI fully working, we don't know if OPEN UI will be ready for go live. Therefore, we would like to still have the possibility to use the high interactivity mode should the OPEN UI not be ready.

Finally, what documents would you recommend to read in order to be fully familiar with OPEN UI and succeed in its deployment ?
