Summary Start and Finish Dates

Hi everyone,
I'm creating integration applications between Primavera and our system under .net and by using p6 web service. Primavera DB was installed by using latest EPPM P6.

And now I have following issue. When I'm importing all WBS of selected project, some WBS do not have Start, Finish dates and Schedule Progress values. But I can see, that in Primavera windows client there are data on Start, Finish dates and Progress.
Do any one know what goes wrong? Or is there some properties which is I need to check?

I have the following to to retrieve data from primavera db
