ESS Acceptance - What is difference between P085564 and P085567

We are in testing of ESS and we notice that there are two distinct ESS Acceptance applications.  The question is which one should we use?  The P085564 has 1 form and the P085567 has two forms.  They look like they perform pretty much the same function.  Should one be used for some events and some be used for other events?
