Cost Roll with Multiple Manufacturing Plant

We have multiple manufacturing plants producing same items and few distribution warehouses. How do you accomplish copying cost from one manufacturing warehouse to ALL distribution warehouses.  When you specify *ALL in Copy cost application; the cost in 2nd manufacturing warehouse gets overridden. Doing one warehouse at a time takes more time to complete the task.
