SQLT installation issues

Hi Everyone,
Customer is having issues with installation of SQLT.

Errors for PROCEDURE SYS.SQLT$_TRCA$_DIR_SET:

LINE/COL ERROR

0/0 ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [pesldl02_Make_Object:
shm_open: errno 13 errmsg Permission denie], [], [], [], [], [],

Any pointers will help.
