Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I need to Start two Concurrent Managers

After have been applied an Action plan, we fount two Concurrent Managers in "System Hold, Fix Manager before resetting counters" Status.

We have tried note 1507580.1 without results.

The Concurrent Managers affected are:

PO Document Approval Manager

Receiving Transaction Manager
