Invoice Description created from Expense Reports are not showing Employee Name

Hello

I followed instructions from the Oracle note How To Add Employee Name To Create Credit Card Issuer Invoice Distribution Description in Release 12 (Doc ID 1148896.1).

The note recommends changing the Message Test for OIE_INVOICE_DESC to add the EMP_FULL_NAME.  The example given is EMP_FULL_NAME - EXP_RPT_PURPOSE.

I made the change as recommended, but it still only displays the EXP_RPT_PURPOSE.

Does anyone know why?  I will upload a screen shot showing the Message Text as well as an Invoice screen shot for an expense report.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
