Guest Domain Unable to Boot into OS

 Dear All,
Have anyone encounter the below error? 

No recent activity on the systems.

booted from failsafe mode to check the files in the /lib/svc/bin and the /etc files and found them to be ok.

from control domain hardware seem optimal

SPARC T4-1

Please advise
