Rotate Text doesnt appears rotated in EBS and the report ignore the font defined

We are in EBS in 11.5.5 and we use reports 6i

We have created a 90 grades rotated text to include a legal text in the customized AR invoice but when we run the report in the eBusiness Suite the text in the field is written from left to right accross/down and not from botton to up as it has been defined in the report

By the other way, we use a Small Font for this field but when the report run in EBS the text doens't appear using this font

I think that probably we need to make changes in the report server but I don't know what kind of changes it is ncessary to do
