Using Service Items in PTO Models
We have a scenario where we want to offer options to the customer for services tied to a specific product eg A Router may be eligible for Service1, Service2....ServiceN. Hence when a customer places the order for a router, need is to displaythese as optional services in the configurator. When we use service items in the configurator with a PTO Model, we are noticing some weired behaviours - 1) A service item that is not optional, gets added to the order post booking and all service attributes like ServiceOrder#, Service duration gets greyed out. 2) System progresses the line flow
