how to set the rows height PDF dynamically sync with data into it

 Hello All,

 I have designed a report with PDF type and it contain many rows with different data size 

when i set the repeating frame option to be variable , the rows vary according to the data into it sometimes it has for eg. 1 cm height and sometimes .5 cm size

but it look very dull and have not interesting feel

my question is 

I want the rows height to be as the height of the widest row ?

if the the widest row has 2 cm height then all rows should has the 2 cm height even if it contain small  data

how could we do this ?
