Restrict Accounting LOV in KFF

Our requriement is to restrict the values in the account segment of the accounting KFF based on the segment qualifiers "Account Type" and "Third party control account". We want to restrict the values in the AccountFliexfield LOV in the AGIS webpage based on these criteria.

What we want to know is if this is possible through AGIS OAF page customization or any other means
