Using the EM 12C to monior command/process on host agent.

 Dear ,
Appreciate you to advise how to monior command/process on host agent. 

Everday, backup files must manually copy the backup file form server 1 to server 2 after the RMAN finished and it takes about 3 hours (using scp command).
I want the email of EM 12c could be automatically sent to me after the copy file completed.

Pls kindly advise if you have any idea or using scipt/plugin.
