Oracle Forms10g to Forms11g upgrade - what are the basic requirements and infrastructure?

I am looking at what the process of upgrading to Forms11g would look like. I know one of the components is the Weblogic Server. At the moment I don't even know what it is, although I've seen some Oracle documents on the infrastructure, a few graphs, diagrams, but I could not relate any of those to my current configuration. At the moment I am at Forms & Reports 10.1.2.3 on both Windows and AIX, no infrastructure, SSO, etc. We don't even use a Web Cache. Currently up to 300 users on 4 Application Servers.
Can I expect any webcasts or find some document that would help me make up decisions on what simple steps I need to take to start a migration?
