To import using -o cachefile=none or not

Hi we have a system set up by a supplier and they have provided a menu which enables us to export and import zpools and move them between different servers.

I noticed that in the code of the menu script it is using import -o cachefile=none.

We have 2 servers in our prod environment and 1 at a DR site.

The DR site server does not have this menu installed.

So I have to manually import and export pools.

My query is do I just do a standard import on the DR site one, or import -o cachefile=none.

What are the advantages/disadvantages of the cachefile.  I read somewhere it is better to not use a cachefile as it could cause a problem rebooting the server if there is a problem with a particular zpool.

Howdy, Stranger!
