How is it possible find process/program which are not closed correctly and after close it and clean

hello Guru,

My environnement is OA E-buisness Suite 11.5.10.2 on redhat 4
And my database is in version 11.2.0.3 and in the log file of my database I have got :

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
In log database i have this next error :
          The error stack in the alert log Fatal NI connect error 12170.

              VERSION INFORMATION:
              TNS for Linux: Version 11.2.0.3.0 - Production
              Oracle Bequeath NT Protocol Adapter for Linux: Version 11.2.0.3.0 - Production
TCP/IP NT Protocol Adapter for Linux: Version 11.2.0.3.0 - Production

Tns error struct:

TNS-12535: TNS:operation timed out
ns secondary err code: 12560
nt main err code: 505
