Public API to update supplier and supplier sites does not still exists. You have an ER : Bug 7694052 : NEED PUBLIC API TO PROGRAMMATICALLY UPDATE SUPPLIER/SITES/CONTACT INFORMATIONWe are looking for a data fix to update tax classification on supplier and supplier site ?
