Essbase/Smartview with Excel 2010 not showing member Aliases

We just installed Excel 2010 and users are now reporting that when they go into member selection, it is no longer showing the member name and alias.  It is only showing the member name.  Has anyone had this issue and if so, how did you resolve it.  We do have member options set to name and alias.
