Report is showing error

Hi,We developed a report and it was producing output successfully.

Issue what we are facing is :
   If we run the report at the first in a day it is showing an error and the error message is 
Enter Password:
MSG-00001: in after pform trigger
MSG-00001: in before report trigger
REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Finished successfully but output is voided.

From second time onwards  the report was completing normal.

Could anyone please let me know the root cause for the above error.
