Account/Contact Reports : mismatch between Analytics and CRMOD Database
I would like to know if you have heard of any issue concerning Account/Contact reports.
My problem is, we associated different Roles for several Contacts under Accounts. And I am now trying to have a full list of any Roles for any Contacts under my Account Database.
Using the Analytics Account/Contact area, I notice that all Roles are not listed :
- Some are missing : I mean I have Contacts with given Role under Account which are not displayed by my report.
- Some are not expected : I think that removed Roles on Contacts are still displayed by my report.
