R12.1.3 : ASCP calendar issues.

Hi ,
We have a problem with ASCP .   The plans are showing "Reqeusted ship date" to a date way in the future.    I am not sure, where this is being picked up.    We have a 2 db arch,

1 for EBS and 1 for APS.      There are db links to and from each other.     Can you please let me know how to resolve this issue.  I am attaching the screen shots.
