WMS : is-it possible de return rejected LPN using ATF without doing putaway to inventory

Hi

We receive some items using an operation plan (multiple receiving locator).  after inspection we want to putaway accepted LPN in inventory and return rejected LPN  using ATF (to a receiving locator then to supplier)  without doing putaway to inventory. 

Is-it possible in Oracle WMS ? 

In our test instance  (Oracle WMS R12.1.1)  it's not possible te return rejected LPN without doing putaway to inventory. 

Please help.
