COMMUNICATION_ERROR: Too early to schedule (IBY_40601)

 On AutoCreate Receipts, in authorization (approval) process the exception report is saying no-data-found; on the transaction we are seeing following values in Error fields:
CC_ERROR_FLAG = 'Y'
CC_ERROR_CODE = 'AUTH_SUCCESS'
CC_ERROR_TEXT = "COMMUNICATION_ERROR: Too early to schedule (IBY_40601)"

The invoice due date is 30-JAN-2014; however our receipt method is set with Lead days of 60 days.

Also in Oracle payments Pyament system is setup with Bank Account Lead Days = 60. 

This is Dummy bank-transfer transaction.

Please, any help?
