What Target Type do I use for OAS?

Greeetings,

I'm at the "Create New Rule:Select Events: page (under Incident Rules) , and I need to create a rule that is based on one metric from Oracle Applicaiton Server, but I do not see OAS listed in the Target Type drop-down menu.  There is a template for OAS, so  I expected to see it listed in the Target Type drop-down menu.  I am able to find OAS as a target type in OEM 11g.

What Target Type should I use in 12c?
