Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I am moving a weblogic 10.3.6 domain from AIX to RHEL and I am facing an issue with domain user id and passowrd not being honored.

As a result the domain won't start with the bellow error:

<Jan 14, 2014 2:12:33 PM EST> <Critical> <Security> <BEA-090402> <Authentication denied: Boot identity not valid; The user name and/or password from the boot identity file
(boot.properties) is not valid. The boot identity may have been changed since the boot identity file was created. Please edit and update the boot identity file with the proper values
of username and password. The first time the updated boot identity file is used to start the server, these new values are encrypted.>
