RAXGLA module: Sales Journal By Customer completes in Error

Hi All,
Has anyone ever encountered the below error when running the RAXGLA module: Sales Journal By Customer report?

REP-1607: Record Manager: source of report level column 'C_DATA_FOUND_FLAG' is not available.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
