Advance pricing screen is showing "Status to Display"

Hi,

I am using JDE 9.1. When i try to create the new detail line in advance pricing detail it give me message that it is gone in approval queue (Workflow pending Review notification) and i dont see new line added. Is this any new featcher added in JDE. I am using the same from last few months and got this msg just now.

Also it given me status - as Active/Inactive.

Can any one tell me why it is coming and how to remove the same.
