Calling for YOUR INPUT: Service Contracts Renewals & Endeca

Hi everyone,
Do you go through the service contracts renewal process and grind your teeth that you don't have the right information to help your renewal reps do their job?  Would you like to see better tools and reports to streamline the renewal process?

Service Contracts Development are looking at building an Endeca application for service contracts which would be aimed at easing the Renewal Process and presenting the right information to make the renewal/sales reps/managers job easier.  They are looking for feedback from customers who may be interested in helping with this by providing information on what they would like to see and also providing validation of the features that are proposed.
