Resource Requirements Planning, doesn't recognize the forecast

We have a forecast generated (in weekly buckets) and we would like to run RRP using that forecast to view the anticipated load on the work centers.  When we generate the RRP, the forecast is not reflected in the load.  Any thoughts?
