work order completion approval

My client needs to have approval on work order completion process. I have done setup via AME for 1- EAM Work Order Release Approval , 2- EAM Work Order Completion - SSWA
Release approval (first one) works fine notification sent regarding defined approval and user can do proper action on it but completion approval (second one) does not work and tracked by these SRs: 3-6633062541, 3-6645536871, 3-7601015553, 3-6795454198 which SR 3-6795454198 is open since +11 months ago and my problem has not been resolved till now. Regarding above SRs specially SR: " SR 3-6633062541 : Work order completion error
", I understood that Offline approval based on notifications is not
