Revision Label Sequence

 Hi All,
I have configured the Major Revision Label Sequence as A-Z, 00-99 and Minor Revision Label Sequence as A-Z.
I would like to have revision label sequence for some of the documents as 0,1,2,3 etc (exclude the minor revision label).
I have made the default value for revision label in the content profile rule as 0 .  
But in the Check In screen it appears as AA always.

Is it an expected behavior? 
Is there any way to control the Minor Label Sequence in content profile rules?
