Inventory transactions not interfaced with IB

Hi everyone,

I had to clear of one of Field service debrief transaction ended up with an error

You have Material Transaction_id (5500****) errored Prior to the Current Transaction. You need to process that first.

when queried the 5500****, in csi_txn_errors table, this record has an error as,

The source item instance 2681500, in Subinventory WHRS-B, for Organization 106 in Oracle Install Base does not exist. Please verify that any receipt transactions were successful.

while investigating further, I don't have an instance created in IB at all for this SN. There are around 15 transactions that happened from year 2012 and none of them interfaced to IB nor instance creation.
