List column displays wrong LOV language values

Hello Community,
I'm having a strange problem: Please review the attached screenshots. One file "oppty_before_clear_cache.jpg" shows the list column before I clear the cache of LOV.
The second file "oppty_after_clear_cache.jpg" shows the list column after I cleared the cache.
The list column refers to BC: Opportunity, FIELD: Status.

Please also find the screenshot of LOV list attached.

Why does the system show an incorrect language at first?

If I restart the Siebel server or restart my dedicated client, then I will see the wrong language values again.

This behavior is reproduceable with vanilla SRF, too.
