Workflow Sample Creation Notification According to Sampling Plan

 Hi -

If the Associated Sampling Plan for any spec as following 

Count = 10

Quantity = 5 mL

Per = 1 hour

Is there any workflow which can send notification each hour to notify the sampler to create the sample ?

I mean if the batch worked for 7 hours..the workflow sends 7 notifications .. one each hour according to the sample plan..

Is that possible ?
