OSM - Reporting Interface

Hi,
I'm trying to setup reporting interface as per the guide.
Oracle scripter is continuously giving ORA-12154 error. I checked all the possible issue creators. I can execute the command conn sys/passw0rd@orcl as sysdba, which actually is the first command of the sql to be executed by scripter. This command works fine when I try to execute through command prompt.
But Scripter giving ORA-12154 error on this line itself.
And this error is consistent across different machines also.

Please suggest.
