 Please refer the belpow error:

[15 Jan 2014 02:44:11,018](UTC 07:44:11) WARN   AbstractRetryLimitedDuration | Failure: Listener refused the connection with the following error:
ORA-12516, TNS:listener could not find available handler with matching protocol stack
 .  Failure occurred on: Dispatch action logic with maxRetry 5 and timeBetweenRetries 30; StepId: 1568 for loadJobId: 309319
