How to map owner field with business vertical field

Hello All,

I am trying to allow and limit visibility to prospect records based on a business vertical field. Currently the area sales manager is able to view the records of other business verticals. On investigating I found that earlier prospect record was assigned to a owner of different business vertical (x) and having business vertical (X) for the sales manager but now it is assigned to an owner of business vertical (y) and having business vertical (y) for the sales manager.

Now the issue is we need to filter on the owner field so that business vertical maps with owner.
