Installation of oracle forms and reports 11g release 2 on local machine

Good Day,

I installed and configured our weblogic server, I have also installed oracle forms and reports 11g on the weblogic server. Now I need to install the oracle forms and reports 11g on my local machine, but im experiencing the following issues on steo 5 out of 14


INST-07248: Specified Weblogic home location is not a valid location
Enter a valid Weblogic home location
INST-07248: Specified Middleware home location is not a valid location
Enter a valid Middleware home location
