how to discover a DB instance from EM

Hello I use EM 12 c  version 12.1.0.2.0 on  linux  X86-64,
I have deleted by mistake the Database target discovered by his agent. Under targets I can see the agent and the listener of this database are still available and status UP .

I try  SETUP -> ADD TARGET -> CONFIGURE AUTO DISCOVERY " ->  "run discovery now" for this agent but the Managed Targets  results does not have the Database  Name.
Is there a way to discover the deleted Database again.?
