OTL: How do you Stop Users from Entering More Than 24 Hours in a Day

Hello Team,
I Have done the same setups in my instance as mentioned in meta link (Doc ID 276678.1).

Iam unable to Assign the Time Entry Rule Group to the employee(s) via the Time Entry Rule Group preference.

Could you please help me, How to assign the TEG to preferences.
