Java 7u51 and Self-Signed SMS Screens

When attempting to open the Service Management System Screens (SMS screens) using java 7u51 or later, the SMS screens are getting blocked as they are self-signed up to NCC version 5.0.1 or 4.4.1.5.

There can be two potential causes to this issue :

1. The NCC version is earlier than 4.4.1.5 or 5.0.1 - All versions released before these two versions used to be self-signed.

2. There are self-signed Interim Patches installed on the NCC system.
 
Java 7 update 51 no longer allow unsecured signatures on the default security settings.

There are two possible solutions for this issue :

1. Use a deployment ruleset which is available from java 7u40 ; or
