Automatically trigger Audio File in Siebel user flow

Does anyone know a way (or ways) to automatically play an audio file based on a user event?  I am looking to play an mp3 (or some other audio format link) when a user sets a field to a particular value, or on a WriteRecord.

We are running Siebel 8.1.1.7.
