View Control Batch Record doesn't show ouput. Fails with Error: You have encountered an unxpected

Hi,

1. I created batch and completed my material and resource transactions.

2. Navigate to Batches > Tools > Batch Progression.

3. I can see Event records and some of them show 'E record'

4. Click 'View Control Batch Record' .  It takes 4 to 5 minutes and fails with error. "You have encountered an unxpected error.  Please contact the System administrator for assistance".

I tried with very simple data. Still, it fails.  Please advise.
