Supported Java version for WebLogic 12c

I am installing WebLogic 12c and would like to know what version of Java WebLogic 12c is supported on.  It seems as if both Java 1.6 and 1.7 is supported but the lates version of Jrockit that is available is version R28.2.7-4.1.0 which is for Java 1.6.  Is there a Jrockit version for Java 1.7?  Or will there be one?
