Help Dialog within Fusion Client

Hi,
Has anyone noticed that the Help within the Fusion client looks differently if it is opened in Chrome vs. IE?  In Chrome, it looks like it is using the standard Fusion interface, whereas in IE, it is a list of hyperlinks that you need to select (see attachment).   Has anyone encountered this and know how to display the same Fusion interface for IE?
